A nice plate of steamed rice with a generous sprinkling of fried shallots...such an appetizing start for a Sunday lunch....*yums*. Now...where does one eat rice this style? Bak Kut Teh, of course!
Our 2 claypots (1 person serving) of 1 soup and 1 dry BKT with half fatty half lean meat. Next time the dry one..we should ask for lean meat instead.
Some vegies to reduce the sinfullness of these dishes...
The fragrant dried cuttlefish fried on high heat with BKT sauce, dried chillies makes this porky claypot so so so so heavenly.
My plate pilled with yummy meat and a fried beancurd....and a few pork intestines...chewy n nicely cleaned...
